\nWe are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of enterprise technology initiatives within a complex IT environment. This individual will be responsible for driving multiple infrastructure-related projects simultaneously, partnering with technical teams and business leaders to ensure successful delivery from project initiation through implementation.\n

\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background managing enterprise infrastructure efforts, including migration projects, network modernization, server implementations, and other mission-critical technology initiatives.\n

Responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle for enterprise infrastructure and technology initiatives from planning through completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, milestones, budgets, and project documentation.
- Coordinate activities across infrastructure engineering, networking, security, cloud, application, and business teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation to keep initiatives on track.
- Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and change requests while developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and regular communication with executive stakeholders.
- Track project progress using established governance processes and provide project execution.
- Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal technical teams throughout project execution.
- Ensure projects align with organizational standards, governance requirements, and project management best practices.
- Drive accountability across project teams to deliver quality outcomes within established timelines and budget expectations.

Required Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects with an emphasis on infrastructure initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology migration projects, including network, server, application, or data center initiatives.
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networking, cloud platforms, servers, storage, and related systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting with both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or blended project delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or comparable tools.
