Compensation Range: $55-65/hr

Job Description:
Lead complex, large-scale IT infrastructure projects by driving planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional technical teams while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery

  • Own project planning, timelines, scope, budget, risks, and issue management

  • Coordinate across network, server, storage, cloud, and security teams

  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and conflicts as needed

  • Present project updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)

    • PMP or PMI certification

    • 10 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects

    • Proven delivery experience across networking, servers, cloud, virtualization, and data centers

    • Experience working in large, regulated, enterprise environments

    • Strong understanding of ITIL, cybersecurity, and infrastructure best practices

    • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Planner, or similar)

    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • MBA or advanced degree

    • Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
