Job Description:
Lead complex, large-scale IT infrastructure projects by driving planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional technical teams while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery

Own project planning, timelines, scope, budget, risks, and issue management

Coordinate across network, server, storage, cloud, and security teams

Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements

Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and conflicts as needed

Present project updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)

PMP or PMI certification
-
10 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects

Proven delivery experience across networking, servers, cloud, virtualization, and data centers

Experience working in large, regulated, enterprise environments
-
Strong understanding of ITIL, cybersecurity, and infrastructure best practices

Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Planner, or similar)

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
