The company is in search of an experienced Sales Administrator to prepare quotes and ensure all sales leads are organized and capitalized on. They use Epicor as their ERP system so familiarity with Epicor is a big plus. This is a special opportunity to work with a growing organization still feels small and treats their people very well.
This is a dynamic administrative position supporting a rapidly growing service organization. The Field Service Sales Administrator must be well organized, operate with a sense of urgency, very detailed oriented and possess the ability to track and follow up on multiple service estimates and orders. The business moves at a fast pace and the Service Sales Administrator must be flexible in supporting the changing priorities of our customers. Communication skills are essential as this position will be in direct contact with remote service staff, customers and contractors, as well as internal service and non-service staff. A high energy, self-motivated individual that can wear multiple hats and who welcomes challenges will do best in this position.
This is a direct hire position with full company benefits package and PTO. Salaries range from $25-$35hr or $50k - $70k per year, with potential for bonus and additional incentives.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Independently track request for quotes (RFQ), collect information and follow through estimate delivery to customer.
- Update Service Fusion (Field Service Administrative Tool) with estimate status through order entry. Receive and review customer purchase orders, validate against customer proposal and enter financial and executable tasks.
- Update EPICOR (ERP System) with order details including pricing and delivery status.
- Travel and Expense Tracking and Administration (Ramp) Independently track, organize and record travel related expenses.
- Invoice and Purchase Order Tracking and Administration
- Warranty Cost and Labor Tracking – Independently review warranty and field quality projects, collect organize and report warranty labor, material and related expenses.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
Additional Qualifying Factors
- Candidate must possess a two-year (Associates) degree in administration from an accredited institution and one to two years of experience in a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and some familiarity with a computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Must be familiar with field service processes and service sales.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
