Position Summary:
ACT is looking for team members with a desire to work with a collaborative Sales Team to support our expanding customer base in a variety of high-growth industries. The Inside Sales Representative will support the outside Sales team and engineering groups in creating and maintaining customer relationships. This role will provide assistance in critical areas of the sales process including lead follow-up, strategic customer visit planning, and quote efforts, all ultimately aiding in territory sales growth.
Requirements:
- Strengthen customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Qualify and advance marketing qualified leads
- Assist in quotation and order processing
- Support Statement of Work /Proposal writing (non-technical sections)
- Schedule and organize customer visits
- Respond to questions regarding products, services, and orders
- Maintain customer databases, including Target Account Lists
- Assist in generating sales reports
- Facilitate inter-departmental responses to customer issues
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced skills in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- 2 years or more in daily CRM use
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
