Site Services Installation Technician

Location: New Carlisle, Indiana

Overview

Subzero Engineering is hiring Site Services Installation Technicians to install hot and cold aisle containment systems in data centers and other mission-critical environments.

Construction experience is helpful, but not required. If you’ve worked with tools, mechanical systems, or hands-on installations, you’ll be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install hot and cold aisle containment systems on active construction sites
• Travel to project locations as needed
• Maintain valid travel identification
• Submit expense reports accurately and on time
• Perform basic construction tasks (measuring, drilling, assembling)
• Follow detailed, multi-step instructions
• Troubleshoot issues with the Installation Lead
• Maintain a professional presence on job sites
• Follow all safety rules and customer regulations, including in secured areas
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Complete OSHA 10- and 30-hour training (provided)

Requirements

• Construction experience , but not required
• Mechanical, installation, or hands-on experience is a plus
• High school diploma
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Team-oriented with attention to detail
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, crawling, working in tight spaces)
• Comfortable in fast-paced job site environments
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
