About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Installers to join our Site Services team. You will work on critical infrastructure projects by installing Hot and Cold Aisle containment systems in data centers and mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires professionalism, precision, and physical capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install aisle containment systems according to engineered plans
• Use hand and power tools to cut, measure, and assemble components
• Work in data centers and controlled environments
• Follow multi-step instructions and support site leads
• Maintain tools and ensure safe, clean work areas
• Travel to project sites (travel and lodging paid)
• Complete projects with professionalism and attention to detail
• Comply with safety and confidentiality standards

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent ()
• Construction, warehouse, mechanical, or assembly experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Comfortable with tools (drills, tape measure, basic power tools)
• Must be able to travel
• OSHA 10 ( — training can be provided)
