Investment Senior Associate - ABS

Job Description

I am working with a Leading Private Equity Firm that are looking for a Investment/Capital Markets - ABS Structuring Senior Associate to join their Digital Infrastructure team in New York, NY.

  • Build and refine cash-flow models, waterfall structures, collateral assumptions, and credit enhancement levels for ABS transactions across asset classes.
  • Coordinate deal timelines, manage data rooms, run analytics for rating agencies, assist with documentation, and support syndication and investor marketing.
  • Review loan-level data, performance trends, stress scenarios, and pool composition to assess risks and optimize structure.
  • Track secondary market spreads, new-issue pricing, and investor sentiment; prepare materials for investor roadshows and internal committees.
  • Work with originators, legal, risk, and treasury to ensure compliance, capital efficiency, and alignment of structure with business and regulatory requirements.
