As of 01.01.2026, we are looking for the Office of Education and Care for a
IT Coordinator (m/f/d) in the field of digitization of schools
Your area of responsibility
- Supervision of the schools' central data center (including control of possible modifications to the server and network infrastructure)
- Planning and continuation of the entire technical development of IT and media in the schools (including active technical advice to the schools on IT issues and media equipment)
- Centralized procurement of IT equipment for the technical support of schools (including overall responsibility for planning, drawing up a technical equipment plan)
- Coordination and management of various service providers as well as agreements with the school management and the school IT managers
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, media technology or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience in public administration, ideally with knowledge of school IT
- Confident demeanor, negotiating skills and assertiveness as well as strong cost awareness
- Good communication skills, quick comprehension and a high degree of flexibility and commitment
- High level of responsibility, task-related resilience and reliability
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
