Lead Enterprise Infrastructure — Not Just Maintain It

We are representing a stable, growth-oriented, family-owned financial institution seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise network architecture, oversee a team of 10 technical professionals, and drive meaningful infrastructure modernization initiatives.

 

This is a high-visibility leadership role with real ownership of Cisco architecture, data center strategy, disaster recovery readiness, and team development.

What You’ll Lead

  • Enterprise LAN/WAN architecture and redundancy design
  • Cisco routers and Nexus switching infrastructure
  • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • Network segmentation and performance monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow)
  • Data center infrastructure oversight
  • Third-party managed firewall and security services
  • Disaster recovery planning and resiliency initiatives
  • Infrastructure compliance within a regulated environment
  • A team of approximately 10 engineers and infrastructure professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–15+ years of progressive network/infrastructure experience
  • Deep Cisco routing and switching expertise
  • Data center experience
  • Experience leading engineers or technical teams
  • Strong delegation and communication skills
  • Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • CCNA/CCNP

 

Fully onsite role in the York, Nebraska area.
