Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Operations Director to lead all technology operations and shape the future of our digital infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you’ll define technology strategy, optimize systems, and ensure IT initiatives align with business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Technology Operations: Oversee company-wide IT systems, evaluate tech stack performance, and partner with MSPs for security and monitoring.
• Establish IT Policies & Controls: Create SOPs, cybersecurity training programs, and implementation plans for new technologies.
• Align Business Needs: Analyze departmental requirements, eliminate inefficiencies, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Manage Vendors & Budgets: Negotiate contracts, forecast IT budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Champion Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, lead annual IT training, and mitigate risk through proactive strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: BA/BS degree required.
• Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership roles.
• Expertise: Proven success implementing new systems, deep CRM knowledge, and technology management in real estate.
• Skills: Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and communication abilities.
