We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure / Operations Technician with 4–7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, structured cabling, or data center/network room operations.

• Layer 1 / Physical Network Troubleshooting
• Structured Cabling – Copper & Fiber
• Server, Storage & Network Hardware
• Fiber Testing – OTDR / Optical Light Meter
• Network Rooms / NERs / Labs
• Rack, PDU / UPS Installation & Cabling
• NetBox / Nautobot / MAAS
• ServiceNow / Jira
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN & Firewalls
• Low-Voltage Deployment & Construction Projects
