IT Service Manager (m/w/d)

  • You are THE point of contact (m/f/d) for your customers and handle all IT-related inquiries
  • You handle escalations skillfully
  • You have a complete overview of your clients—both technically and organizationally
  • You independently conduct presentations and service review meetings
  • You enjoy managing IT projects
  • You independently create reports for management
  • Optimizing and further developing processes, methods, and tools is right up your alley
  • You serve as the interface to all internal IT teams
  • Server, cloud, housing, and vDC are familiar terms to you

Your Profile

  • You have vocational training or a degree in IT
  • Ideally, you have already gained some technical leadership experience, for example by taking on project management roles—if not, you are willing to learn the subject area with our support
  • You know how to plan projects and oversee their implementation; giving presentations and speaking in front of people is no problem for you
  • You work just as well independently as you do in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • You are characterized by a strong technical understanding, a pronounced focus on service and solutions, and a structured and meticulous approach to work
  • You hold a Class B driver’s license
  • Fluency in spoken and written German is required
