Position: IT Operations Support

Duration: Contract

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Position Summary: The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for managing the modern workplace ecosystem, specifically focusing on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD to ensure seamless device compliance and management. Candidates must possess technical experience with a proficiency in ITSM frameworks, demonstrating the ability to balance complex cloud administration with essential networking and data center hardware operations.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infra Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Windows 10/11, basic macOS support.
• Microsoft 365 administration
• SharePoint Online user and site support.
• Active Directory & Azure AD.
• Basic networking (VPN, LAN, DNS).
