S-SA Digital are pleased to be partnering with a leading SaaS company to secure an IT Support Specialist (2nd Line). Its a superb opportunity to Join the internal support team working on "nd line Esculations and interal IT Projects.

You’ll bring strong 2nd line capability across:

* Windows Server & Microsoft OS support

* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

* Azure Entra ID – MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC

* MDM (Intune)

* Microsoft Intune (endpoint management & compliance)

* Networking fundamentals (WAN, firewalls, VPNs)

* Service Desk environments (ITIL-aligned incident & change)

* PC / laptop builds, rebuilds & troubleshooting

* Backup processes, monitoring & system resilience

* On-prem infrastructure & basic data centre support

* Exposure to ISO27001 / PCI environments

Nice to have:

* SQL server exposure

* Linux basics / command line

* Monitoring & alerting tools

You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, own escalations, keep systems resilient, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-moving SaaS environment. offering great progression and tech advancement for the right candidate.
