IT Systems Analyst

Hays are now looking for an IT Systems Analyst for one of our local clients.

Day rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Hybrid Working 1-2 days a week onsite
Location is Cardiff

What You'll Be Doing

You'll support the development of a new apprenticeship system by mapping current and future IT requirements, analyzing integration needs, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure a smooth transition. This is a project-focused role where you'll help shape the digital infrastructure for a major programme launch.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in IT systems analysis and mapping.
Strong understanding of system development and integration projects.
Ability to work with technical teams (IT, data/statistics) and interpret complex requirements.
Experience in change management and implementing system changes.
Familiarity with government data collection systems or similar platforms (beneficial).
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
