Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Jira Cloud/Data Center environments.
  • Configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, and dashboards.
  • Manage user access, roles, groups, and permission schemes.
  • Design and implement Jira automation rules and notifications.
  • Support Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, CI/CD tools, and Confluence.
  • Create custom fields, reports, filters, and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide user support/training.
  • Perform system upgrades, plugin management, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed.
