What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will:

• Install electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
• Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and fellow electricians to ensure successful project completion
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that reflects Lemberg's commitment to excellence

QualificationsRequired

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician (Inside Wireman) License
• Ability to become an IBEW Local 494 member and meet Journeyman classification requirements
• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

• OSHA 30 Certification (required within one year of hire if not currently held)
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, or data center construction
