We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support electrical installation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects at federally regulated facilities throughout the United States. This position is based in Woodway, TX and requires nationwide travel to project locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial or industrial electrical experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
  • Install conduit, wiring, panels, devices, and related electrical components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Perform electrical testing, inspections, and system verification.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of backup power and critical power systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
  • Travel nationwide to support project assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License or ability to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable electrical codes.
  • Experience with commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
  • Proficiency in conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and panel installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Experience using electrical tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working in confined spaces when required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

  • Experience with backup power systems, generators, UPS systems, or critical power infrastructure.
  • Previous experience supporting federal, government, aviation, military, data center, utility, or mission-critical projects.
  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training.
