What You’ll Do

• Install, terminate, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Run EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels and gear per NEC standards.
• Assist in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting for mission-critical systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, one-lines, and spec sheets.
• Work independently or lead crews on ground-up, expansion, and maintenance projects.
• Adhere to NFPA 70E, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout protocols on every task.
• Represent TRIFECTA with professionalism, precision, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (state or reciprocal).
• 3+ years of experience in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong skills in switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and motor control systems.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA 10/30, and site safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel or accept deployment-based assignments.
• A team-oriented problem solver with strong troubleshooting ability.

Compensation & Deployment Structure

• $33 – $45/hr DOE + per diem, travel pay, and project bonuses.
• Premium pay for emergency response or high-priority deployments.
• Continuous advancement through PowerChecked certification levels.
• Deployment-based structure offering consistent, mission-driven work.
