Journeyman Electrician – $48.50/hr + $875/wk Per Diem + $800 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Hours: 48+ per week (4x10s + 1x8)
Start Date: ASAP
Project: QTS Data Center – Long-Term (1+ year)

We’re hiring Iowa Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a high-profile data center project. This role offers top pay, steady OT, and excellent per diem.

Pay & Perks

• $48.50/hr
• $875/week per diem (work 90% of scheduled hours)
• $800 sign-on bonus (paid first Friday after start)
• Weekly pay + long-term stability

What You’ll Do

• Install/terminate electrical systems
• Conduit, cable tray, feeder pulls
• Read blueprints & work safely on a fast-paced jobsite

Requirements

• Iowa Journeyman license or reciprocal
• UP license highly
• Pass rapid drug/background
• Basic tools & PPE
