 Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Looking for your next leadership opportunity in the fiber optics industry? We are hiring experienced Journeyman Fiber Optic Leads to oversee fiber optic installation crews on Data Center projects in Santa Teresa, NM.
Responsibilities:  Lead fiber optic installation crews
 Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber systems
 Read blueprints and network diagrams
 Perform OTDR testing and fiber certification
 Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
 Train and mentor field technicians
Requirements:  Active NM ES-3J, EE-98J, or Texas Journeyman License eligible for reciprocity
 3+ years of fiber optic experience
 Leadership or crew supervision experience
 Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
