What We're Looking For:

• Essential Licensure: A valid Journeyman Electrician License (or Master Electrician/Foreman Electrical License) is required.
• Proven Experience:
• • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in large-scale industrial electrical projects.
  • Direct experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial automation, or heavy commercial electrical construction is highly .
• Technical Expertise:
• • Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in all aspects of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with various electrical systems, including power distribution, controls, and low-voltage cabling.
• Leadership & Communication (for Foreman roles):
• • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully guiding electrical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
