We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Journeyman Plumber with medical gas installation certification to join our Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to diagnose and fix plumbing issues efficiently is essential. Excellent customer service skills are also crucial, as the role involves interacting with clients to explain necessary repairs and improvements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Install, maintain, and repair medical gas piping systems in hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 99 and ASSE standards.
• Perform pressure testing, purging, and certification of medical gas systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and healthcare facility staff to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and inspections.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Requirements:

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber: Must hold a Journeyman Plumber License with the State of Texas.
• Service Savvy: Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques, and codes.
• Blueprint Reader: Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Initiative-taker: Perform effectively as a self-managed individual.
• Professional Presence: Exhibit a professional demeanor with strong people skills and excellent communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong business ethics.
• Ethical Excellence: Demonstrate strong business ethics at all times.
• Familiarity with the Service Titan or equivalent (EOS) software.
• Ability to work independently, and as a team member.
