Job Title: Jr NOC Technician
Location: Pittsburgh , PA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: 16-18/hr

Overview:
The Jr NOC Technician  supports day-to-day data center operations at the corporate office and remote locations. This role focuses on queue management, asset handling, and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor service request queues and execute tasks (e.g., cable moves, equipment installs)
• Escort third-party vendors to/from secure data center areas
• Create and manage support tickets for colocation vendors
• Coordinate with low-voltage cabling vendors for cable installation needs
• Maintain and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive IT assets within the depot

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational and task management skills

Qualifications:

• Experience with Jira or similar incident/ticketing systems
• Exposure to data center or IT asset management environments

• No degree required
• Must be reliable and comfortable working in an onsite, structured environment
