Key Responsibilities

\n

• Empower and support development teams

\n

• Help define and improve development processes

\n

• Lead feature team planning activities

\n

• Own documentation and roadmap planning

\n

• Support team training on agile processes

\n

• Provide delivery leadership across multiple products

\n

• Perform exploratory testing across multiple products

\n

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) experience in data center environments.

\n

• Passion for digital content creation and simulation technology

\n

• Ability to multi task and manage complex programs

\n

• Strong leadership capabilities

\n

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

\n

• Familiarity with agile methodology

\n

• Ability to travel up to twenty percent for events, press tours, and customer meetings

\n

• Up to four years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a demonstrated track record of leadership success.
