We are seeking a Junior Electrical Project Manager to support our project management and design teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical systems and be eager to grow their project management skills within the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing electrical engineering projects from design through construction.

  • Prefer someone with hands-on field experience, since our product delivers constructible drawings that are ready for installation in the field without requiring further clarifcation

  • Coordinate internal design team resources and external consultants (architects, mechanical, structural, etc.).

  • Monitor project progress, update schedules, and communicate deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and change order documentation.

  • Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors.

  • Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.

  • Manage project documentation and ensure it is properly filed and accessible.

  • Help ensure compliance with applicable codes and client requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field – OR equivalent experience in the electrical consulting/design industry.

  • 2–4 years of experience in the AEC or electrical design/consulting field.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low voltage systems.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
