Location: Hybrid, Wimbledon
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £40K–£50K + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
I’m currently working with an award-winning IT solutions provider that has been established for decades and continues to grow at pace. They’ve recently moved into brand-new offices in Wimbledon and are looking to hire a Key Account Manager to strengthen their sales team.
This role is heavily focused on account management (around 80%) with 20% of your time dedicated to winning new business. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while still having the drive to open new doors.
The Role
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of mid-market accounts
* Strengthen client relationships and maximise account value
* Identify whitespace and cross-selling opportunities
* Drive new business through targeted prospecting (approx. 20%)
* Sell a portfolio of solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, data protection and IT services
* Build strong vendor and partner relationships
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve agreed targets
What They’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT solutions or reseller sales
* Strong account management background with proven growth results
* Ability to win new business when needed
* Knowledge of IT security, cloud, data centre or infrastructure solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Commercially astute, self-motivated and target-driven
