About the Role

Jeffcoat & Associates is hiring an experienced Lead Chiller Technician to join our growing commercial HVAC team. This role is ideal for a senior-level tech who can lead service work, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior technicians while delivering high-quality service to clients.

If you have strong experience with chillers, large-scale HVAC systems, and diagnostics, this is a long-term opportunity with top-tier pay, stability, and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems and chillers
• Lead job sites and support junior technicians in the field
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with dispatch/team

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC / chiller experience
• EPA Refrigerant Certification (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background check & drug screening
• Must be 21+ (company vehicle requirement)
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
