Lead Electrical Project Manager\nLondon, UK\nUp to £120,000 + Benefits Package\n\nWe are assisting our client who is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale electrical packages on major projects. This role will be responsible for driving electrical delivery from early pre-construction through to successful completion, ensuring technical excellence, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead all electrical aspects of projects from pre-construction, design development, and planning through to installation, testing, and commissioning.\nOversee electrical project teams and subcontractors, ensuring coordinated delivery with mechanical and construction disciplines.\nManage programme, budget, and procurement for electrical works.\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and client specifications.\nProvide technical leadership, problem-solving, and value-engineering solutions where required.\nLiaise closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project expectations are met.\nContribute to strategic planning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the electrical division.\n\nRequirements\n\nSignificant experience as an Electrical Project Manager within an M&E contractor environment.\nStrong technical expertise in electrical building services systems (power, lighting, controls, fire alarms, etc.).\nDemonstrable track record delivering electrical projects in commercial offices, laboratories, or data centres.\nAbility to manage high-value electrical packages from £10m+.\nStrong commercial acumen, with experience of variations, forecasting, and contract management.\nExceptional leadership, organisation, and communication skills.\nRelevant qualifications (Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent).\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\nSalary up to £120,000 (experience-dependent).\nBenefits package including:\n\nCar allowance/company car\nPrivate medical cover\nPension contribution scheme\nPerformance-related bonus\n25+ days holiday allowance\nTraining and career development opportunities within a market-leading contractor\n\nIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.\n\n Apply now by sending your CV and cover letter to (url removed), call in on (phone number removed) or apply through our online portal
