Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support engineering operations across the site

* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities

* Provide technical guidance to on-site engineering teams

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards

* Support continuous improvement and reliability of critical systems

Requirements

* Strong background in a critical environment (data centres, healthcare, or similar)

* HV/LV knowledge or experience

* Proven experience in a lead or senior engineering role

* Good understanding of building services systems

* Strong communication and organisational skills
