Lead Engineer - Hydro-Cooled Bitcoin Mining

We are looking for a Lead Engineer to run day-to-day operations at a 20 MW hydro-cooled Bitcoin mining site in Booker, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site role for a very hands-on engineer with strong electrical and cooling systems knowledge who can lead a small technical team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical and cooling systems at the 20 MW hydro-cooled mining facility.

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on site.

• Ensure high uptime and performance of mining hardware and cooling infrastructure.

• Supervise coolant systems (water loops, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, etc.) and enforce safety standards.

• Work closely with the remote monitoring team and respond quickly to alarms and incidents.

• Maintain logs, checklists and basic reports, following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of: crypto mining operations, data-center operations, or industrial electrical systems.

• Strong electrical and safety knowledge; comfortable working around high-power equipment.

• Experience with cooling systems (hydro / immersion ).

• Hands-on experience with Bitmain S19/S21 Hydro miners or similar ASIC hardware is a strong plus.

• Good English communication skills and ability to work in a small international team.

• Able to live and work in a remote area and take ownership of the site.

• Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese strongly , as many partners and technical materials are in Chinese.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 3,500–4,000 per month, depending on experience.

• Housing provided near the worksite in Booker, TX.
