What you will own
- End-to-end data management strategy and configuration for multi-site, multi-program analytics in a regulated environment.
- Architectural support across process historians, ERP, LIMS, and Electronic Batch Systems for projects spanning a range of complexity.
- Independent delivery across multiple concurrent projects, including creation of industry-standard documentation suitable for internal compliance and regulatory submission.
- Periodic reviews of LAN/WAN and edge server performance in regional data centers; measurement of data transfer rates; concise latency reporting and remediation plans.
- Implementation of commercial and open-source technologies that improve data scientist workflows and cross-site consistency.
How you will succeed
- Apply strong business acumen and current data science knowledge to validate fit, form, and function of platform choices.
- Continuously refine agile software and data management practices for both standard and advanced data science programs and product groups.
- Absorb and act on input from Global MSAT, strategic site leadership, IT Governance, and Global Engineering to optimize program management.
- Communicate technical and data management requirements clearly to a global audience, linking capabilities to Advanced Analytics results.
- Maintain cutting-edge awareness through primary literature, industry forums, and user groups—evaluating and adapting emerging solutions that advance Data Analytics Product Groups.

Work cross-functionally with Data Analytics management and delivery teams, site stakeholders, and governance bodies to set goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
