Lead Planner – Data Centre Construction

As Lead Planner, you’ll take ownership of planning and project controls across complex, high-value data centre builds, ensuring precision, predictability, and performance from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for large-scale data centre projects.
• Integrate design, procurement, and construction schedules into a cohesive master plan.
• Lead progress reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Work closely with Project Directors, Package Managers, and Commercial teams to drive delivery excellence.
• Mentor junior planners and support continuous improvement in project controls processes.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Planner / Lead Planner on data centre, high-tech, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong technical understanding of Primavera P6, progress measurement, and earned value management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
• EU working rights or eligibility to work in Germany.
