Job Title: Lead Site Superintendent (Data Center Construction)

Location: Close to Waco, Texas

Contract: 12-month contract (with potential extension and opportunity to go permanent)

Schedule: 60 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Site Superintendent to oversee a large-scale data center construction project. This role will take full responsibility for on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and solutions-driven leader who can navigate challenges, implement effective processes, and drive performance across site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and daily site operations
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Identify issues early and implement practical, efficient solutions
• Establish and optimize site processes to drive performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Site Superintendent
• Strong background in data center construction () or large industrial construction projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
