Role: Senior Legal Counsel

Salary: $200,000+

We have partnered with a company solving some of the most complex challenges at the intersection of energy and digital infrastructure. As a fast-growing firm backed by major institutional capital, they develop large-scale data center and power projects across the US

The Role

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to manage a broad range of legal matters critical to our growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
  • Land acquisitions and sales for data center and power sites
  • Major equipment procurement and leasing
  • EPC contracts
  • Interconnection, permitting, and large-scale project development
  • M&A and project finance

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your legal judgment and commercial insight will directly impact project timelines and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • JD with 5+ years of legal experience
  • Strong background in renewable energy markets, digital infrastructure, or a related field
  • Experience in one or more of:
  • Electric energy/capacity transactions
  • Natural gas procurement and transportation
  • Tolling or revenue agreements
  • Interconnection and permitting
  • M&A
  • Infrastructure or construction development
  • Project finance
