Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice across technology and data contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology contracts, software licensing, digital infrastructure agreements.
- Support large-scale projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage risk and ensure compliance
- Contribute to governance, policy, and contract management frameworks

Requirements
\n\n
- \n\t
- Qualified solicitor or barrister (England and Wales) 3 years PQE
- Proven IP and Technology experience
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to deliver clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment
