Location:- Goodyear, AZ 85338
Contract | Overtime & Weekends Required

Resources will be required to work in all three shifts with same Hourly Rate.

We are hiring multiple Level-1 Field Services / Field Ops Technicians to support data center operations. Great entry-level field opportunity for candidates with cabling experience and interest in hands-on technical work.

What You’ll Do

• Perform loopback testing, circuit audits, and connectivity checks
• Support fiber and copper cabling—installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Inspect, label, and document circuits and network paths
• Identify and isolate issues found during testing
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in required safety briefings
• Work onsite in an active data center environment

Skills We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in data center, cabling, or structured wiring
• Fiber testing (OTDR, PMLS) —  but not required
• Familiarity with fusion/mechanical splicing — nice to have
• Able to use tools such as snips, punch-down tools, crimpers, tone testers, etc.
• Strong communication and ability to follow written procedures

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs (move up to 75 lbs)
• Comfortable on ladders, in confined spaces, and standing/walking for long periods
• Good vision and ability to read small labels and diagrams
