Pay: $48.50/hour + $875/day per diem
Sign-On Bonus: $800
Hours: 60+ hours per week (consistent overtime)

About the Project

We’re hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a large data center project in the Cedar Rapids area. This is a steady, high-profile build offering consistent overtime, strong pay, and long-term potential for top performers.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in a data center environment
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
• Bend conduit, pull wire, perform terminations, and panel work
• Follow NEC and local code standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

• Must hold a Journeyman License from Iowa or reciprocal state:
  AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, WY
• Data Center experience required
• Must be able to work assigned hours/week
• Pass background check, drug test and E-Verify
