(Key Responsibilities):
As a key member of our electrical team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the construction and operation of this critical facility. Responsibilities will include:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical control systems, intricate wiring, and advanced lighting solutions.

Precisely reading and interpreting highly technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Performing general and preventative electrical maintenance to ensure peak operational efficiency and reliability.

Efficiently troubleshooting and expertly resolving complex electrical issues using advanced testing devices.

Ensuring all work strictly adheres to the Electrical Code (NEC) and all state and local building regulations.

Collaborating seamlessly with other skilled trade professionals and project teams to meet aggressive deadlines.
(Qualifications):
We are seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious electricians committed to superior quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will possess:

Required: A valid Iowa Journeyman Electrician license (Class A or B).

Reciprocal Licenses Accepted: Journeymen licensed in Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming are encouraged to apply. (Please note: Licensed electricians with reciprocal licenses must apply for Iowa's reciprocity process upon hire).

Experience: Demonstrated extensive experience in large-scale commercial or industrial electrical work, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.

Technical Proficiency: A strong, in-depth understanding of electrical systems, power , and advanced blueprint reading.

Team Player: The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
