Licensed Journeyman Electrician – Data Center Project

ARIA Electrical Staffing is hiring experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale data center project in Lueders, TX.

This is an on-site, project-based opportunity for electricians with strong commercial and industrial experience who can perform journeyman-level electrical work safely, efficiently, and with limited supervision.

Project Details

  • Location: Lueders, TX
  • Project Type: Data Center / Mission Critical
  • Schedule: Monday through Saturday
  • Hours: Approximately 70 hours per week
  • Position: Licensed Journeyman Electrician
  • Employment: Temporary / Project-Based
  • Work Environment: On-site

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-lines, schematics, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Install and bend EMT, RMC, and PVC conduit.
  • Pull, route, and install electrical conductors.
  • Perform electrical terminations in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes.
  • Install and work with electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution equipment.
  • Install and support branch circuits, feeders, lighting, and electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify and correct installation issues.
  • Support electrical testing, system verification, and commissioning activities as required.
  • Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, contractors, and other trades.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all site-specific safety procedures.
  • Use required PPE and comply with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current and verifiable Journeyman Electrician license issued by a U.S. state.
  • Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
  • Experience installing and bending conduit, including EMT and rigid conduit.
  • Experience with wire pulling, electrical terminations, panels, and power distribution systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to perform journeyman-level electrical work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Ability to work the required schedule of approximately 70 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
  • Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX.
  • Previous data center or mission-critical project experience is but not required.

License Verification

Applicants must be prepared to provide their:

  • Journeyman license state
  • Journeyman license number
  • Osha 10 or 30
