Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are responsive to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, collaborating with clients to assure their active participation.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to address client-specific issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.

- Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients in need of immediate help receive appropriate resources and assistance.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, adhering to guidelines set by mental health licensing boards and organizations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
