Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, using evidence-based practices to tailor individualized treatment plans for each client based on their unique needs.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.

  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to provide a cohesive treatment experience.

  • Engage in routine case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering professional development and high standards of care.

  • Educate and support clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources to enhance their support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  • Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
