Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing various assessment tools to identify mental health concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions based on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, monitor their progress regularly, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
- Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to traditional in-office visits.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records are comprehensive and secure.

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid mental health license such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.

- A demonstrated capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences.
