Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to identify their unique needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices that align with clients' goals.
- Establish and review therapeutic goals with clients to track their progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide teletherapy services that accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual interactions.
- Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to adhere to ethical and legal standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with current best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
