Phiston Technologies manufactures high-security data destruction machines — SSDs, hard drives, and mobile devices — sold to enterprises, government agencies, and data centers worldwide. We're a fast-growing, compliance-focused manufacturer with operations in Florida, Virginia, and Sweden, and we're looking for a sharp, organized Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to own our supply chain end-to-end.

What You'll Do

Procurement & Purchasing Create and manage purchase orders in NetSuite, source and order from manufacturers and suppliers, track open POs, and keep inventory stocked and the supply chain moving.

Domestic & International Shipping Own shipments from start to finish — air, ocean, ground, and parcel — across domestic and international lanes. Book carriers, confirm pickups, and resolve delivery issues before they become problems.

Documentation & Compliance Prepare and manage all shipping and export documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, HAWBs, and customs paperwork. Ensure accurate HS codes, country of , valuation, and Incoterms 2020.

NetSuite & Data Entry Enter orders, quotes, POs, and shipment data into NetSuite with accuracy. Keep records current so the team always has a clear picture of what's moving and what's not.

Rate Management & Cost Control Obtain rate quotes from freight forwarders and carriers, review against contracted rates, provide accurate freight quotes to the Sales team, and audit freight invoices for billing accuracy.

Reporting & KPIs Track and report on logistics KPIs, contribute to monthly performance reporting, and help identify opportunities to improve cost and on-time delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in logistics, procurement, or supply chain — manufacturing background strongly
• Hands-on experience creating and managing purchase orders, preferably in NetSuite
• Working knowledge of import/export documentation, customs requirements, and Incoterms 2020
• Comfortable with Excel for tracking and reporting (pivot tables and lookups a plus)
• Resourceful, organized, and proactive — you don't wait to be told, you figure it out
• Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams and with external partners
• Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Multilingual a plus
