Job Title: Low Voltage Designer

Location: Tampa, FL (relocation assistance provided if needed)

Duration: Permanent, Direct Hire

Salary Range: $80-140,000 (Based on Experience)

Verigent's client is seeking talented Low Voltage Designers to join their growing team in Tampa, FL. Ideal candidates must be polished communicators and bring proven design experience across Low Voltage, AV, DAS, and/or Fire systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop shop-drawing level design specifications for low-voltage systems, including access control, CCTV, structured cabling, AV, iDAS, and fire alarm systems.

• Produce designs using Revit () or AutoCAD; must be capable of creating designs from scratch, not just as-builts.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet scope, compliance, and project specifications.

• Contribute to a wide variety of projects, with preference given to experience in multifamily, healthcare, data centers, or stadiums.

• Work onsite in Tampa, FL office, Monday–Thursday (optional remote work on Fridays).

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated design experience across Low Voltage, AV, DAS, or Fire Alarm scopes.

• Revit proficiency required; CAD accepted if no Revit.

• Strong communication skills and ambition to grow within the company.
