Schedule: Day shift (8 hours), Monday Friday

Brief Description:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, functionality, and cleanliness of our Coastline Power Solutions facility in DeLand, FL. The Facilities Manager will ensure that all production and support equipment operates efficiently and that the plant and office environments remain safe, clean, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who is skilled in troubleshooting, managing maintenance staff, and coordinating vendor support for repairs and construction projects.

Coastline Power Solutions is an industry-leading specialty power systems integrator serving the power industry. Located in DeLand, Florida, we engineer and manufacture customized generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and trailers, as well as provide a full suite of related products and services, including bi-fuel systems, Mitsubishi engines and parts, and more. We also integrate and facilitate testing of customer-supplied and third-party equipment, enabling us to deliver turnkey solutions for critical applications across the U.S. and internationally including government agencies, the military, emergency services, hospitals, data centers, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage preventive maintenance and repairs on all key production equipment including CNC plasma machines, 14' press brakes, 14' shears, welding machines, and forklifts.
  • Coordinate and schedule all building and grounds maintenance, ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and fully operational.
  • Oversee office and restroom cleaning and ensure consistent custodial standards.
  • Supervise and develop 12 direct reports in maintenance and custodial roles.
  • Source and manage outside vendors for building and machine repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for construction and facility improvement projects.
  • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and vendor documentation in accordance with company and OSHA requirements.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and budget forecasts.
  • Collaborate with production leadership to minimize equipment downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility or maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot and repair fabrication equipment.
  • Experience leading a small maintenance team and coordinating external contractors.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and maintenance best practices.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance tracking systems (CMMS) .

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift or move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
  • Ability to work in industrial conditions including heat, dust, noise, and confined spaces.
  • May be required to work occasional overtime for critical repairs or facility needs.
