Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Manager of Information Technology plays a key leadership role in shaping, supporting, and improving the technology systems that keep our organization running smoothly. This position oversees technology strategy and daily operations while making sure our systems are secure, compliant, and reliable. The IT Manager will guide the agency’s technology roadmap, manage projects from start to finish, and support staff across the organization with their technology needs. From planning large-scale system upgrades to offering one-on-one training, this is a hands-on role that combines big-picture vision with day-to-day problem solving. This position also leads our IT team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where staff feel empowered to do their best work.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours.

Compensation: $96,532.80 - $113,786.40 annualized, depending on experience.

The pay for a selected candidate is determined by a variety of factors to ensure fair and equitable compensation. Responsibilities:
- Technology Leadership: Partner with agency leaders to develop and execute long-term IT strategies that align with organizational goals and best practices.
 - Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key partners including OCHIN Epic, network providers, and data centers. Promote effective communication and ensure timely issue resolution.
 - Budget Oversight: Partner with the Chief Operations Officer to develop and manage the IT budget covering staffing, licensing, hardware, and support contracts. Maintain fiscal accountability and plan for future needs.
 - System Administration: Oversee enterprise systems, including design, integration, and maintenance of platforms such as DEXIS in the dental clinics.
 - Data and Analytics: Collaborate with Quality, Clinical, and Operations teams to support data reporting and analytics using Epic/OCHIN and other data sources to drive performance improvement and decision-making.
 - Security and Compliance: Maintain compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and other security standards. Lead risk assessments, monitor security protocols, and manage disaster recovery planning.
 - Project Management: Lead IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring priorities, timelines, and resources are well-managed.
 - System Reliability: Monitor system performance and uptime, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure business continuity.
 - Customer Support: Oversee the IT help desk and promote a culture of responsive, user-friendly service for all staff and providers.
 - Communication Systems: Manage enterprise communication and collaboration tools, including phones, intranet, websites, and call centers, ensuring efficiency and proper licensing.
 - Team Development: Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development for IT staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
 - Service Excellence: Model and uphold TVHC’s Service Excellence Standards in all interactions and partnerships.
 
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field .
 - Minimum three (3) years of experience in Information Technology required, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
 - Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience, including managing projects, teams, or key initiatives.
 - Prior experience implementing or supporting Epic/OCHIN systems .
 - Solid and proven experience working with diverse communities in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
 - Ability to travel to multiple sites and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

 - Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and simultaneous technology projects within established timelines.
