About the Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly growing infrastructure and real assets platform, is seeking a Manager, Project Finance to join its Austin-based team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working on complex transactions, sophisticated financial modeling, and capital raising initiatives within a highly entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate will join a lean, technically focused team with a data center infrastructure developer ( hyperscale growth phase) responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing financing solutions. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in high-impact transactions from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support investment, financing, and strategic decisions.
- Support the structuring and execution of debt financings, capital markets transactions, and project finance initiatives.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis across infrastructure and real asset opportunities.
- Evaluate capital structures, financing alternatives, and funding strategies.
- Prepare investment memoranda, lender presentations, and transaction materials.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and comparable transactions.
- Contribute to investment and financing recommendations in a dynamic, transaction-driven environment.

Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have approximately 1.5 year–5 years of relevant experience and a strong technical finance background.

- Project Finance or Structured Finance
- Infrastructure or Real Asset Advisory
- Capital Markets or Financing Transactions
Qualifications
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
- Experience supporting debt raises, structured financings, or capital markets transactions.
- Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
- Exposure to infrastructure, power, utilities, renewable energy, data centers, LNG, midstream, or related sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibility and autonomy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
