We are on the hunt for an exceptional Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead a regional team of subject matter experts across Kubernetes, HPC, Security, Networking, and Storage. Together, this team will design and deliver next-generation environments that power the world’s most demanding workloads.

This position reports directly to the VP of Customer Experience, and will work closely with leaders across Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering. About the role:
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a Solutions Architecture team of SMEs in Kubernetes, HPC, Security, Networking, and Storage.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring each team member achieves their fullest potential.

Shape the Technical GTM Strategy

  • Define and execute the technical go-to-market (GTM) vision for CoreWeave’s infrastructure solutions in your region.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to position CoreWeave as the market-leading choice for performance, flexibility, and scalability.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers, guiding them from concept to production deployments.

Drive Customer-Focused Innovation

  • Partner with strategic customers in your region to understand their complex Kubernetes, HPC, security, networking, and storage requirements, and translate these into scalable solutions.
  • Oversee large-scale architectural designs, proof-of-concept projects, and production rollouts to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Continuously gather feedback from the field to influence future product enhancements, features, and roadmap priorities.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Align capacity management, data center operations, and fleet operations to meet the unique needs of AI workloads.
  • Work closely with Marketing to showcase CoreWeave’s technical capabilities and customer success stories, driving awareness and demand.
  • Coordinate with Support to optimize resolution paths for complex technical challenges, creating a seamless customer experience.

Measure and Optimize Results

  • Define and track KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes for both CoreWeave and its customers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while streamlining workflows and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on continuous improvement in high-growth, high-stakes environments.

Who You Are:
Education

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

  • 8+ years in solutions architecture, infrastructure engineering, or cloud services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record designing, deploying, and optimizing large-scale environments spanning cloud native technologies.
  • Familiarity with GPU-based computing and distributed workloads is a strong plus.

Technical Proficiency

  • Expertise in infrastructure frameworks, workload orchestration, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, networking technologies, security practices, and enterprise storage systems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native and AI/ML workflows at scale.

Leadership Style

  • Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, building an environment of trust and excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to frame complex technical insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, balancing multiple priorities in a hyper-growth environment.

The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
